Finance & MIS Specialist

Ongoing Rigor :

- Financials Dashboard updates (Partner meeting etc)

- Resource utilization report (Financial Impact)

- Support resource utilization Analysis

- Adhoc Reports building (Travel, Legal, Consultants, Budget)

- Reviewing and providing analysis on Billings & Collections

- Validating Search form with proposal terms to identify errors

- Maintenance of all the MIS reports and drive changes

Analysis :

- Support analysis on the Adhoc Reports

- Monthly variance analysis

- Documentation of processes, creating work flows and process maps.

- Establishing and creating work flow for Contract Management Process

- Preparing monthly Analysis on information provided by Accounts team

- Review various reports and identify discrepancies find resolution

- Annual budget Preparation and review

- Insurance analysis
