Employer Branding Specialist - Diversified Conglomerate


Essential Tasks & Responsibilities : 

- Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders and other news across both locations.

- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as monthly newsletter or regular email bulletin.

- Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all departments of the organization.

- Build a social media presence to inspire and include employees and transform traditional communications efforts to align with shifting communications methods and standards.

- Manage cross-functionally to unite resources and influence teams and stakeholders across the business.

- Team with Marketing team colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment between internal and external messaging, activations and experiences.

- Manage external communication to news media, social media and explore new channels and ideas for reaching a wider audience

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies :

- BA/MA/PG in communications or a related field. A degree in Journalism, English, or Communications are preferred.

- Proven track-record of designing and implementing successful social media, engagement, and digital media strategies.

- High level of strategic knowledge, internal and external communications experience, energy, commitment and enthusiasm.

- Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills Required.

- Experience in coordinating and /or development of presentation decks, video, graphic design etc.

- Spokesperson and presentation training expert.
