Location: Hyderabad and Bangalore

Exp: Min 5 Years

Required Exp:

- Hands on experience with employee concerns, issues, grievances. Subject matter expertise in employee relations.

- Should be able to front end with leadership.

- Must have convincing capabilities and the ability to multi task.

- Good understanding of the laws and policies they are dealing with in the organization. (Misconduct, LOA, leaves, ramp down processes, etc.)

- Hands on experience working on case management and investigation.

- Candidates that have previous experience in a different HR role and then moved to Employee relations role can be shared.

- Case Management

- Sexual Harassment case

- MBA Full Time (Mandatory)
