Responsibilities/Objectives:
- Design and execute the D&I strategic plan, working closely with the D&I committee and leadership
- Develop and deliver a communication plan / schedule of events which incorporates all Inclusive Diversity annual events and key topics (e.g. religious events, recognition days, recruitment / promotion news, etc.
- Aid in the recruitment of diverse hires like LGBTQA, PWDs etc.
- Provide advice and guidance on processes, policies and initiatives by drawing on past experiences in similar roles
- Support the D&I committee and Learning & Development team to develop and deliver training materials to build knowledge, awareness and understanding of key diversity and inclusion issues
- Invite relevant speakers and create awareness sessions at regular intervals
- Build and maintain relationships internally across all levels, external organizations/bodies, community and business partners
- Deliver monthly KPI reporting and a firm-wide survey to track achievements, issues, and spot opportunities
