Merger & Acquisition Specialist Director/MD

- Has relevant M&A experience in the Tech and Tech-enabled services space, having run and closed at least 3 sell-side mandates, which are non-IT services. Cross-border deal experience would be a bonus.

- It is preferred that you have/pick 2-3 verticals that you ore passionate about and have Expertise in.

- SPOC (Single Point of Contact for the Deal / Captain of the Deal Team).

- Meet and convince a client to work with Indigo Edge (BD]. Should be able to Pitch to Board in a room and command the room to win a mandate. Work with founders on aligning story and process. Be decisive, if need be, with the board and founder on process/story etc., with "Value creation to the company" being the client.

- Manage the pace of the process to ensure a high probability of success (time it right Time of year/ momentum, course correct based on market feedback, push founders hard and hold them accountable to numbers, etc.). Ensure critical actions are communicated to all key stakeholders and bring about alignment.


- Work with the team below to ensure good quality of output promptly. If the output from the team below is not up to standard, roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty, and mentor the team below to get the required output.

- Ability to create a competitive process with investors resulting in optimal terms for the client. Identify key issues and navigate through the DD process.

- Ability to read deal dynamics and optimize deal terms even after a term sheet is signed.

- Ability to understand definitive documents and key risks to the sellers.

- Should be able to have a view during the buying process of the mandate.

- Indigo Edge shall assist with a share of the deal origination, as a good proportion of our leads are inbound. However, you would have to build corporate and business development relationships.
