Responsibilities:

1. Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle.

2. Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs. Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders.

3. 5-10 years of experience with PPC/Facebook platforms, including Google AdWords and Display platforms as well as Facebook Business Manager.

4. Knowledge of the digital marketing industry, trends and new developments.

5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

6. Should have exceptional communication skills. Demonstrated ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions and use sound judgment when it comes to budget.

7. Experience with conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, etc.

8. Google AdWords or Facebook Blueprint Certifications would be amazing.

9. Able to create Reports at the end of the project.

10. Regularly monitoring and reporting on all aspects of client campaigns (online and offline) to measure and optimize based on campaign goals.

11. Ensuring that the relevant tracking is in place to measure all aspects of digital campaigns, leveraging Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters and Google Analytics, among others.

12. Managing a suite of measurement and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, Google AdWords, Omniture and social media analytics. Experience with Pardot/Salesforce is a plus.

13. Working with web projects and building landing pages to support marketing campaigns. 14.Experience with Unbounce is a plus.

15. Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint to organize and present data Search Engine Marketing: - SEM/SEO (30%).

16. Coordinating monthly search reports for clients and communicating results to internal stakeholders within the context of broader campaign tactics and goals.

17. Keyword analysis & research. Monitoring optimization initiatives and results.

18. Define needs for digital content and work with developers and designers, assisting in coordinating resource allocation, work prioritization, sprint planning, and deployment schedules.

19. Managing projects efficiently with a keen eye on all the details - budgets, timelines, resources.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or equivalent . Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

2.Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

3. 3 - 5+ years in the marketing industry with experience in integrated digital marketing, including campaign execution, management and measurement.

4.Strong English organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written).

5.Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude, proactive and a self-starter.

6.Looking for a long-term opportunity in a continuously evolving environment.

7.Experience and knowledge of paid media platforms, such as Google Ads, social media.

8.Google certified for Analytics and Ads (SEM, Display, Search, Video, Shopping and Mobile Advertising preferred).

9.Proficiency working with MS Office suite including strong experience with Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint.

10.Agency experience required, or equivalent experience working in an entrepreneurial, client-focused environment
