Specialist - Data Engineering - IT (5-8 yrs)
1. The resource will work on creating a data model for the Group People DataMart based on integrations and reporting requirements.
2. Should have experience as a Data Modelling/ Data Analyst/ DataBase setup worked in the past with DB Admins to get the physical data models implemented.
3. Data modeling, data analyst, set the model based on existing requirements to work with Database experts as well as Datastage developers.
4. Should be self-driven and act as mentors to the others in the team. Should be able to document the data models and requirements. create HLD documents and assist the users with getting the right results in the end.
