We're looking for a Collections Specialist who will Coordinates and supports collections and queries activities between businesses and customers.
Direct reporting: Reporting to Credit and Collection Manager, India.
- Organize, support, and develop accounts receivable process
- Show determination to achieve excellent results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Supporting the collection efforts/calls for accounts receivable portfolio
- Documenting daily collections activity
- Researching account disputes and billing discrepancies
- Performing account/payment reconciliations
- Responding to credit inquiries from external and internal clients
- Identifying delinquent accounts requiring external collection efforts
- Identifying bad debt or financial exposure
