Specialist - Corporate Credit Portfolio Management - Financial Services (5-10 yrs)
We are hiring for our MNC Financial Services Client
Role : Credit Portfolio Management
Work Experience Range : 5 years- 10 years
Work Location : Bangalore
- The role is based in Bangalore and thus prefer BLR locals
- 1st Preference is Bangalore (Can consider from other regions as well expect from Gurgaon/Delhi/NCR currently)
Notice Period : 0- 60 days
CTC : 15 LPA- 26 LPA
We are currently seeking candidates who are into credit portfolio management (Corporate Credit), with strong credit writing experience, doing credit analysis for Large Corporates, doing Loan annual reviews, and strong credit memos exposure
Essential Key Skills/ Mandate Experience :
- Shall have relevant work experience of having worked in Corporate & Investment Banking Domain
- Portfolio Management, Industry Research, Credit Research, Financial Analysis, Collateral Analysis, Interpretation of Agreements, Data Reconciliation
- Credit Portfolio management is a must
- The role involves the credit analysis and portfolio management of ABS&L's consumer and commercial assets including portfolio monitoring, performance analysis, compliance/covenant testing, financial reviews, drafting of memos and presentations, etc.
Responsibilities :
- Financial statement spreading & detailed analysis on financial performance and trends
- Review of monthly/quarterly servicer reports for errors and to monitor facility performance including borrowing base calculations, trigger testing, covenant compliance, underlying asset performance, etc.
- Gathering, entering and reviewing data for regulatory reporting
- Preparing summary tear sheets of facility and issuer performance
- Preparing monthly and/or quarterly surveillance decks
- Preparing and drafting of annual credit reviews
- Maintaining various databases and spreadsheets for internal reporting
- Training & mentoring junior colleagues along with reviewing, checking & overseeing and undertaking workload planning
Minimum Qualifications :
1. At least a B. Com/MBA or an equivalent qualification
2. Credit Portfolio management
3. 4+ years of experience in credit analysis, portfolio management and debt research
4. Experience working in financial services such as at an offshoring firm, a captive of a foreign bank or Indian bank in a relevant capacity or a credit rating agency
5. Advanced Excel and analytical skills
6. Strong communication skills
7. High level of personal motivation, strong interpersonal skills
