Experience - MBA with over 10 years in C&B role in an IT / ITES industry.

About Client:

Our client is a well known ITES MNC with a presence of over 18 years. It has an employee headcount of 7000+ and has more than 30+ companies on the Fortune 500 list as its clients.

Role Brief:

This is a strategic C&B role based out of the Mumbai office and directly reports to the Head HR. The incumbent would have a team of 8 - 10 direct reports. The role essentially entails designing of Compensation Framework, Salary structuring, HR Analytics, payroll processing, statutory compliances and Stakeholder management.

We are looking for a smart hands-on C&B specialist with over 10 years of experience in a large organization - only from IT / ITES industry. You should have excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- To design Compensation framework.

- Competitive Mapping and Salary Benchmarking.

- To design salary budget to align with short and long term financial goals.

- Payroll processing and HR Audit to meet statutory compliance.

- To create, review and ensure HR Policies are aligned across all levels.

- Design and manage employee benefits program.

Desired Skills and Expertise - 

- MBA with over 10 years of experience.

- Managed C&B function independently as a COE (not as a HRBP)

- Experience in a large IT/ ITES organization

- Excellent communication skills & stakeholder management
