Role Title: Specialist - Client Success
Product Suite: Commcise
Commcise is an integrated cloud-based Research Valuation, Consumption Tracking, Commission Management and Share-of-Wallet reporting solution built to meet the needs of Investment Managers. Commcise provides clients with an automated Reconciliation, Invoice/Contract Management, Commission Targeting, Broker Voting, Commission Management and Reporting solution.
Location: Bengaluru/Gurgaon (Only Male candidate for Gurgaon location)
Working Hours: UK (1:30 pm-10:30 pm IST/3:00 pm-12:00 am IST) & US hours (5:30 pm-2:30 am IST). Please note that it would be a rotational UK/US shift
Years of Experience: 10+ years
Role Purpose: To be a part of a dedicated Product Consulting team to enable Clients' success and facilitate future business initiatives.
Required Qualification: Engineering or equivalent IT degree
Mandatory Skill Sets:
- Strong fundamentals in RDBMS with hands-on experience in - PL/SQL, SQL SERVER 2008/2012/2016 (T- SQL), and exposure to deployment/source control tools (Jenkins/Octopus & SVN/GIT/TFS).
- Very Good Communication/Interpersonal skills.
- Experience in dealing with application log files and exposure to Webservices/ APIs/ SFTP processes.
- Good understanding and prior experience working in Capital Markets / Asset Management Operations / Investment Banking domain.
Added Advantage:
- Certification in SQL/Oracle.
- Capital Markets/Functional certifications
- Advanced Excel skills/VBA/ Python scripting
- Exposure to AWS/Azure cloud technologies.

- Interpret client data using SQL, Excel, and reporting tools to extract insights, generate meaningful reports, and ensure accuracy in all analyses.
Operational Efficiency & Teamwork:
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows, recommend automation solutions, and optimize repetitive or manual tasks to improve productivity and service quality.
- Take initiative, follow through on commitments.
- Collaborate across teams, embrace feedback, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends, seek learning opportunities, and apply feedback constructively to enhance technical and domain expertise.
