Business Analytics Specialist for a leading Manufacturing Company Driving business impact or transformation through Business Analytics a) Demonstrable experience in advanced analytics in supply chain, quality, manufacturing, product development, finance and HR and possess a solid understanding of business processes in these functions b) Experience in analytics and optimization areas in : - Supply Chain - Manufacturing - Quality Analytics - Product Development/R&amp;D - Financial Analytics - HR Analytics Business Engagement: a) Manage stakeholder expectations. Establishes new engagement and communications with functional heads and executive decision makers through building common agenda, analytics roadmap, proactively identify new opportunities, requirement gathering, solutioning, designing POC/pilots etc. b) Lead a team of engagement managers dedicated to functions (e.g. SCM, Manufacturing, PD, Finance etc.) in deliverting business impact and strategic Insights to business functions. Work with delivery team (center of excellence) ensuring timely and quality delivery within budget and scope. c) Thought leadership in driving the team to identify business questions, pain points and opportunities, analyse quantitative and qualitative data, prioritize findings using different models, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations and experimentation roadmaps d) Build high performance and motivated team Driving analytics &amp; Insighting Maturity: a) Communication of insights that can guide actionable results through impactful insighting, story telling, data visualisation b) Build integrated data lake across functions - supply chain, manufacturing, finance, quality, product development etc. c) Cost savings identification through focused interventions on enhancing the algorithms and data maturity through different analytics tools &amp; build strong engagement, analytical rigor and governance framework to deliver results. d) Performance optimization or process automation dashboards (real time, weekly, monthly) and analysis. Experience in Qlik View, Qlik Sense, Power BI etc. Experience - 12-15 years of post MBA work experience in advanced analytics and data science. 5+ years of experience leading analytics consulting engagements and teams in multiple functions like supply chain, quality, manufacturing, product development, finance, HR etc. (At least 4+) Qualification :&nbsp;Bachelors in Statistics/ Engineering + MBA (Tier 1 Institutes) / Masters in Statistics / Data Sciences
