Experience Required:
Total exp: 4 - 8 years
- At least 2 - 5 years in Bulk Hiring/ Mass hiring, preferably in a BPO.
- Bulk recruiting experience in BPO.
- Bulk hiring experience from sourcing to onboarding of a candidate.
Skills Required :
- Superior written and oral communications skills, good influencing and persuasion skills.
- Highly intelligent and analytical individual who is able to convince people.
- Confident individual who takes initiative, is consistently proactive and is able to interact credibly with people at all levels of an organisation, esp. Leadership team.
- Strong team player and a willingness to proactively share information, insights, and opinions.
- Able to manage time well and prioritize multiple tasks appropriately.
- Mature team player with positive go-getter attitude with executive presence and excellent consultative skills.
- Ability to work in an agile, unstructured work environment.
Scope of work for Recruiter:
- You will be tasked with bulk hiring across locations (within India). Thrive in a fast-paced, agile, unstructured work environment and get the job done.
- The best candidates will draw on extensive knowledge of talent acquisition & sourcing and forging dynamic professional relationships with the colleagues & candidates. Will have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and understand the value of the role they play, and in providing amazing client service.
- Skillfully support weighing the anticipated and immediate challenges of the targeted role, and corresponding opportunities to productively explore more diverse perspectives.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates, follow-up coordinate interviews, be the point of contact with the candidate till onboarded. Deal with recruitment vendors.
- Identify and source key industry leaders to develop a comprehensive market perspective.
- Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, support an exemplary candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Foster professional relationships with passive/active talent, recruiting partners and business leaders.
- Strategize innovative ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research and sourcing.
Work Days: 6 days working, for extended hours.
