- Spartek Group, well known for over 3 decades for their reputed brands, SPARTEK and NEYCER in building materials is rapidly expanding into several start up projects in construction sector, Concrete & prefabricated /precast concrete products/buildings and recently involved in areas of eCommerce & Sports as new areas of business.

- The group, apart from consolidating current businesses is the process of launching their eCommerce/B2B Marketplace. Pilot launch carried out with Prototype/MVP and is gearing up for commercial Launch. The conceptualisation, initial implementation & monitoring till commercialisation are directly led by the Chairman's office.

- To spearhead eCommerce Business Vertical, the Group is looking for Ambitious and

- Self-driven leaders with strong belief in Digital-First Strategy.

Qualifications/Required Skills :

- Engineering/Management Graduates with Good eCommerce/Market Place/Digital Marketing

- Background and ability to handle commercial launch.

- 6 to 10 years of Experience in managing E-Commerce/Omni Channel/Digital transformation

- Should have handled Category/Business end to end

- Demonstrated strong business acumen and be knowledgeable in regards to current and possible future Industry trends

- Exposure to P&L Management will be a Big Plus

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end Business Operations

- Work cohesively with the Leadership team of the Group.

- Utilize high level of work independence and autonomy of decisions for stepping up pace of launch activities and quick Scale up.

- Establish short- and long-term goals and strategies in regards for the Business Vertical

- Will be responsible for meeting specific sales volumes and profit margin goals.

- Excellent platform for people with entrepreneurial mindset for learning how to build business from scratch, achieve goals and handle high growth situations.
