Qualifications/Required Skills:
- Management Graduates with Good Sales and Marketing Background and ability to handle P&L responsibility
- 8-10 years of Experience in Channel Management, B2B Sales, and Business Development.
- Should have handled Regional/National roles in Sales/Business Development
- Demonstrated strong business acumen and be knowledgeable in regards to current and possible future Industry trends
- Exposure to P&L Management will be a Big Plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Business Operations
- Work cohesively with the Leadership team of the Group.
- Utilize high level of work independence and autonomy of decisions to enable team for 25X growth in next few years
- Establish short- and long-term goals and strategies in regards for the Business Vertical
- Will be responsible for meeting specific sales volumes and profit margin goals.
- Excellent platform for people with entrepreneurial mindset for learning how to build business from scratch, achieve goals and handle high growth situations.
