- GraftonLiving is a Joint Venture with a leading UK brand. The Company has a distinctive history in the business and a well known worldwide name in this industry. The Group has been one of the premier manufacturer of fine bone china and earthenware coffee mugs, cups and saucers in Europe.

- We are setting up a INR 55 crore manufacturing plant in Tirupati, which is in advanced stages of implementation and is expected to commence production in a few months with state of the art equipments from UK to produce ceramic & porcelain mugs and tableware products. The plant is set to produce 28 Million pieces in the first year of operation which will be augmenting to 45 million a year in due course. We are planning to cater to both Domestic and overseas market .

- We are essentially looking for a hands on down to earth business manager with expertise in Sales/marketing, operations management including manufacturing/outsourcing and P&L management, to lead & build a young team for the company, also suiting the below criteria.

- Candidates should preferably be an Engineer / MBA, currently be holding the positions at senior/ general management level with exposure and responsibility for P&L of medium sized companies and above.

- The position demands high leadership qualities, matured decision-making, expanding sales of group brands and also the European partner's brands to all potential markets in India in a competitive environment.

- Besides implementing the growth plans and improving performance substantially, emphasis will be on establishing a systems driven setup and a motivating work environment.

- Experience in early stage startup companies, Launching new products, setting up sales channels will be an added advantage. Additional experience in Kitchenware,tableware,FMCG, FMCD and the retail industry would be a plus

- Strong communication skills, Technology based approach, keeping up with current market trend.
