Spark Capital - Manager - Service Operations (6-8 yrs)
The Service Manager will be responsible for servicing Private Wealth clients with their transactions and support wealth Relationship Managers
- Execution of all types of financial and non-financial transactions across products offered by Spark PWM within TAT
- Onboarding new clients and fulfilling all KYC requirement and account activation for clients across the products offered by Spark PWM
- Servicing clients with their queries and service requirements
- Support RMs with their client related service and operational requirements and resolving all queries within TAT
- Providing reports and portfolio statements to the clients
