Our offerings are backed with a robust Investment Policy Framework which is backed by best-in-class research and superior execution to pick future winners well ahead of our competition. https://portal.sparkadvisors.in/about-us Job location: Andheri (E), Mumbai Key Responsibilities: - Understanding of SEBI /NSE/BSE guidelines for KYC of Residents, Corporates, LLP, Trust, Non-Resident clients - Managing CDSL Depository Participant operations (Slip processing, BOD & EOD Recon, DIS Issuance, DP Billing etc.) - Knowledge of client on-boarding process in a financial institution for Broking, DP & PMS clients - Knowledge of CKYC & KRA registration of clients and regulations - Abreast with regulatory changes and market practices related to digital account opening, STP process, UCC, KRA & CKYC. - Automation and simplification of KYC process for minimizing documentation. - Should have knowledge of Unique Client Code Reporting, UCC Modifications in all Exchanges & DP - Ability to supervise the task of account opening and master management in system. - Able to handle tasks independently and manage to get work done from team - Handling Internal/Exchanges/SEBI Audits - Document and Update SOPSs at regular intervals - Take ownership of work and ability to work under pressure situations - Capable of co-ordinating with the different teams - Reasonable knowledge of MS office - Proactive in raising the issues which arise in the course of work - Maintenance of KYC and DP Documents - Exception handling Requirement - 7 to 8 years of experience Client On-Boarding of Broking, DP & PMS clients - Good partnership skills to be able to work well with Front Office - Strong Servicing aptitude - Strong written and verbal communication skills
