Responsibilities:
1. Provides inputs to senior management for preparation of the annual operations budget and business plan for the states he is responsible for.
2. Understands the overall organization vision/goals for the year and aligns his team's priorities accordingly.
3. Ensures the efficient deployment of staff in the geography
- Also ensures a smooth process of internal promotions/transfers.
4. Escalates critical issues to the senior management so as ensure timely resolution
5. Conducts regular field visits (35-40% time) to verify on ground realities, ensure process compliances and solve urgent crisis issues.
6. Reviews the performance of his team on an on-going basis and provides guidance wherever needed.
7. Liaisons with relevant local government authorities to promote the organization's cause and help resolve local issues.
8. Keeps abreast of competitive activity and updates the senior management on the same
9. Monitors and ensures recruitment of field staff is done as per the plan.
