Skills / Capabilities: Technical Expertise, Attention to Detail, hands on with relevant IT packages(Tally ERP), Team Management, Process Orientation, Communication
Experience: Overall 4-6 years, minimum 3 years post qualification, exposure to areas of accounts, audit & tax, required with at least 2 years in each and preferable exposure to BFSI sector
Accountability:
1) Ensuring timely and error free entry of data into all accounting packages to ensure timely compliance, statutory and reporting requirements of the organization
2) Ensuring timely and error free reconciliation of BRS, Advances, Inter branch, Inter company and proper support to auditors.
Key Activities:
- Properly verifies all the cash, bank and Journal vouchers, to ensure that they adhere to proper approvals and supporting.
- Properly verifies all the entries updated in Tally software package, to ensure that they adhere to proper head of account.
- Verifies all the entries updated in FAMS related fixed asset purchases and sales in Fixed Asset Management System(FAMS)
- Verification of Bank Reconciliation Statements of all HO banks.
- Verification of Various Advances, BRS, Intercompany and Inter branch reconciliations.
- Provides proper and exhaustive information to the auditors on time
- Responsible for answering accounting queries put forward by the auditors in a satisfactory manner
- Coordinates with all HODs to obtain any information required by the auditors
- Verification of Various Advances, BRS, Intercompany and Inter branch reconciliations.

- Weekly review meeting with direct reports
