Skills: People Management, Communication Skills, Business Understanding, Preferably with exposure to financial services sector at a retail level. Rural market experience would be a benefit. Knowledge in Advance excel (Pivot table & V look Up) is required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Planning of the number of employees required in each division based on work load & attrition.
- Will be taking care of Pre and Post joining formalities and Induction.
- Exit formalities and should ensure the Full and Final Settlement for resigned field Staff.
- A thorough analysis of the attrited staff regarding the factors being influenced & Grievance handling.
- Maintains all kinds of trackers (pre/post-hiring), Attrition, etc.
- Planning and organizing employee engagement activities.
- He will be also involved in Salary negotiation, Offer to roll out, Pre joining reference check.
- Should be responsible for executing strategic sourcing techniques which includes sourcing through internet media, advertising, employment agencies, internal databases, employee referrals, direct sourcing.
- He /she would be responsible for handling entire recruitment cycle for Field Operations.
- Should coordinate with concerned Managers to prepare month wise recruitment plan.
