Job Description : Responsible for the development & delivery of the company strategy with respect to research & development of technical projects and products to internal and external customers. This includes delivery of research projects, new products and changes to existing products.

- Responsible for our challenging high end direct drive solutions along the whole lifecycle of the products

- New prototype Creation

- Creating A new product

- Field testing of the new product of practical demo

- Analyze the key areas to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of the product.

- New Technology identification

- Technology integration

- Technology adaption

- Core Expertise in Motor Control, Inverters, Power Electronics

- Doing Research on the current projects & identify the areas for doing R & D.

- Integrate research with the project.

- Project Road Mapping

- Patent Writing

- IP Creation

- Creating an intellectual property rights

- Doing the documentation of IP for registration

- Integrate hardware & software together to bring new opportunity for the advancement.

- Team Handling
