Lead- Talent Acquisition
The role of the Lead - Talent Acquisition is to help identify the right talent across India and SE Asia markets there by help achieve our business goal to be the pre-eminent Workplace Design and Build firm in Asia by 2020. The role will be based in Bangalore, India and will be pivotal in strengthening the company's Talent pipeline as well as the Employer brand in the region.
Key Areas of responsibilities:
- Manage turn-key staffing and sourcing processes to deliver extraordinary diverse talent to meet all functional resource plans.
- Manage the recruiting budget for the markets and oversee spend associated with and management of external recruiting resources, relationships and vendor contracts.
- Work closely with the HR team to implement and improve staffing systems, tools and on boarding processes, ensuring maximum automation and process efficiency and positive candidate experience.
- Oversee with hiring managers and human resources business partners to ensure development and timely posting of quality/compliant job descriptions.
- Actively work with the HR Leadership Team to drive a consistent positive candidate experience and quality of hire approach to staffing
- Help develop, implement, and communicate metrics to track progress of hiring
- Maintain current staffing and recruiting knowledge including but not limited to systems, tools, resources, events, and market and industry trends; share knowledge with managers ensuring that the company is on the leading edge of sourcing/identifying and hiring top quality talent.
- Develop and lead outreach programs at the University level such as internships, apprenticeships and co-ops
- Perform all activities in a safe, compliant and responsible manner
