Lead - Sustainable Solutions

- Space Matrix Design Consultants is seeking a passionate Sustainability leader for the role of Lead- Sustainable Solutions.

- You will lead sustainability practice in Space Matrix, handling the vertical in technical and managerial capacity.

- The major roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to handling the P&L of the vertical, spearheading programs / initiatives within Space Matrix with regards to sustainability & wellbeing focused vision of the organization.

- Lead the team in managerial capacity managing the team and resources for global support towards all green building rating frameworks like LEED, WELL, IGBC, GM etc.

Role :

- Achieving team and organization wide sustainability vision and goals

- Well versed with various modeling tools w.r.t. Sustainability to effectively lead the Sustainability Practice and guide and support the team

- Setting out strategies, standards and requirements for various green rating frameworks

- Ensuring the necessary information is available to team and also Client / Designers / PMC to meet performance targets of green rating frameworks

- Integrating architectural and technical design analysis knowledge and skills to projects

- Managing the business side and effectively handling a Sustainability Practice

- Curating and leading Sustainability programs within the organization

- Strategize and Present Sustainability vision, concepts and path for our clients

What we expect :

- You are an eminent professional and passionate towards the domain of sustainability in the built environment

- You are keen to continuously imbibe trending and futuristic sustainability related concepts also extending them to areas of work

- You have a degree in Architecture / Engineering and experience in green building industry with 4 - 5 years in a leadership role will be preferred

- A masters degree / course in Sustainability focused domain shall be preferred

- Accreditations like LEED AP , WELL AP , IGBC AP etc. in good standing shall be preferred

- Proficiency in the use of analysis software like Ecotect, E quest at a minimum, other technical skills will be preferred

- You have excellent communication skills and ability to build trust and collaborative relationships ( both internally and externally )

- You have high regard and ability towards finding sustainability related design / construction solutions

- You are well versed with LEED and IGBC rating frameworks at a minimum Core and Shell, New Construction and Commercial Interiors

- You are well versed with wellness concepts related to built environment and familiarity with standards like WELL and FITWEL

- You are familiar with Carbon Neutral and Net Zero programs / standards
