Director - Business Strategy, CEO Office Job Responsibilities: - Work directly with CEO in overseeing key business transformation projects from CEO's office. - Conceptualize programs, detail them out, coordinate and facilitate their implementation by working closely with the Business - Work with CTO and key country leaders on digital transformation. - Perform deep research and analysis on key business areas to establish industry trends and collect benchmark data. - Involved in data analysis, preparing financial models; carefully evaluating financial data and presenting data in a way that enables decision making. - Facilitate/coordinate various management forums - Reviewing business/department performance on a periodic basis and presenting recommendations to the CEO, Implementation of CEO's directives across various businesses/departments. - Acts as a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments - Work closely with CEO in conceptualizing fund raising strategies, preparing pitch decks, working with investment bankers and potential investors for fund raise. - Analyzing M&A opportunities for the firm. Required Competencies: - Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, especially with senior leadership. - Expert-level skills in written and verbal communication. - Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability. - Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response. - Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - High Project Management ability and ability to close tasks showing tangible results. Qualifications: - MBA from a premier business school, with a minimum of 5-7+years post-MBA experience - Combination of professional experience in a consulting firm and operations role would be ideal. - Data analysis, financial modeling, dashboarding and presentation will be an added advantage.
