Job Role : Responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company. In addition, he/she will be responsible for the development of financial and operational strategy, KPIs, and the ongoing development and monitoring of the financial system. Key Responsibilities : The duties and responsibilities of the position include but not limited to : 1) Driving the company's financial planning 2) Performing risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments 3) Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks 4) Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure 5) Budgeting and effective financial processes and cost controls measures 6) Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations 7) Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports 8) Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system 9) Ensuring compliance with Investor obligations along with statutory, legal, regulatory and company policies 10) Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts.
