- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Core HR.

- Ability to connect business goals with HR strategies and deliver measurable outcomes.

- Lead organizational changes and ensure smooth transitions while maintaining employee morale.

- Understand how to drive engagement, build alignment, and foster high performance.

- Has minimum 2 to 4 years of Hiring experience - how to find, nurture, and retain top talent while keeping diversity at the forefront.

- Ability to handle the nuts and bolts of HR operations with efficiency and precision.
