South Head - Corporate Finance - NBFC

Looking to hire for a NBFC in Bangalore for a South head role - Corporate banking. The incumbent will head all the three regions for large and mid corporates.

Responsibilities encompass new client acquisition, P&L management, Risk management and maintenance of asset quality, improving wallet share from existing clients and cross-sell of suite of Banking products in close partnership with product teams

Responsible to ensure Audit, RBI inspection, Compliance and other regulatory requirements.

Intermediate experience of Syndication / Sell down / Risk Participation deals

Responsible for maintaining the banking relationship of clients, term debt financing to the client and ensured high limit utilization with cross sell of FM products.

Successful in deepening relationship with clients both locally in India and through outbound transactions: Providing banking solutions to overseas subsidiaries of Indian clients through bank network.

Will be handling a team of Relationship managers
