Sourcing Specialist

- Experience serving as a strategic sourcing resource on e-Sourcing technology, supplier engagement and event management while fostering continuous learning within the team and with internal/external stakeholders on best-in-class deployment of e-sourcing solutions.

- Leads and supports e-sourcing activities across all categories, builds a pipeline of relevant e-auction initiatives.

- Champion the use of e-sourcing tools. Design and execute more complex e-sourcing events to include e-RFx, auctions in collaboration with category owners.

- New Vendor development & Market Research.

- Execute supplier performance management program for top suppliers in collaboration with category owners leveraging technology i.e. Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa etc, setting meeting agendas with suppliers and tracking progress.
