We are looking for Sourcing Sales with a leading real estate industry. 1. Generate and implement efficient sourcing strategies 2. Developing long terms and short-term strategy for expanding Channel partner strength across country 3. Creating value propositions for the domestic channel partners under the boundary conditions of pre-defined budgets and impact on profitability 4. Optimize souring procedures to obtain maximum efficiency 5. Creating project specific Channel partner term sheet, payout structure, standard empanelling process and developing lead generation and assignment process. 6. Actively follow through potential customers based on their specific requirement for strong client relationship building 7. Keep abreast with relevant competitor details including price movements, construction activity, key trends and market dynamics. 8. Adhere SFDC process for booking and Channel partners payouts. 9. Conduct regular internal audits to ensure Sales Executives are adhering to processes for: booking, SAP data/SFDC/hard-copy document maintenance, complaint management, cancellations. Desired skill : - Knowledge of consumer behaviour, Knowledge &amp; Experience of Sales &amp; Customer Relationship Management in Real Estate, Comfort/experience with SAP or other ERP systems Desired attributes : - Self-Starter, Team Player, Process Oriented, Attention to Detail, Excellent Communication Skills, Maturity in handling and resolving complaints, Problem Solving Ability, Innovative, Able to build relationships with clients/customers.
