Urgent Hiring with the Electric Vehicle & Power Electronics based Industry for the Position of for the Position of Sourcing & Procurement for the Pune Location

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Support Innovation & Technology dept. for end to end responsible for all NPD Purchase activities of new JV's project including Getting Proper requirement from internal customer, Floating RFQ to suppliers, Get offers from suppliers, zero base costing, Offer Evolution, PO preparation, PO Approvals, on time delivery, Get approved sample from quality etc.

- Good understanding of Steel Casting & various machining processes and properties of materials.

- Identifying potentials of vendors for right source selection.

- Quote analysis & Techno - Commercial Negotiation with suppliers for finalization of part cost as well as tool cost, Business Nomination and PO release.

- Visit at supplier end for verification of material content, manufacturing process & facility while developing new part.

- Detail study of monthly production plan and generate requirement as per priority of production.

- Placing monthly schedule to suppliers as per material requirements and follow-up with supplier for material.

- Efficiently managing inventory levels for all bought-out parts & ensuring ready availability of material to meet production plan & dispatch targets.

- Cost reduction through Alternate Sourcing, Change in Manufacturing Process with assurance of same quality for cost effectiveness.

- Analyse various parts drawings & 3D views from PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) during price settlement.

- Responsible for NPD CAPEX preparation & approval for development of new product & machines.

- Support ANAND Group Companies for sourcing for various projects.

- Identify best practices across the group on sourcing platforms and drive for horizontal deployment.

- Releasing daily, weekly, & monthly MIS for above activities.
