- Identify and engage with both passive and active talent through use of Boolean, LinkedIn, Social Media, and creative search techniques
- Proactively build talent pipelines for various technical profiles
- Using social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) for finding and connecting with prospective candidates
- Ideally hands on experience in new edge recruiting tools like Github, Stack Overflow, Dribbble, etc with CRM expertise is a must
- Become a - subject matter expert- for our sourcing tech stack including AI tools, CRM platform, Linkedin Recruiter & social job-sharing platforms
- Manage candidate pipelines and campaigns with internal CRM and Applicant Tracking System
- Deliver an - always on- hiring methodology, recruiting ahead of the curve using predictive workforce planning data
- Handle a high volume of requisitions and prioritize workload based on business needs
- Passionate about Employer Branding as part of smart scouting and engaging
- Strategically coordinate with hiring managers & Talent Advisors to determine position requirements, quickly identify - what great looks like- and convert these requirements into a sourcing plan
- Advocate Sourcing best-practices to greater team and participate and lead Sourcing training tactics
- Mentor and coach junior sourcers in the team
- Maintain pipeline funnel metrics and KPI's (e.g. time-to-fill, source-of-hire etc.)
- Identifying future staffing needs for the purpose of proactively sourcing potential hires
- Developing a network comprising of industry professionals and potential candidates
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers for identifying the requirements for each position
