Sourcing Head - Blue Collars Recruitment

Job Description for Sourcing Head:

- Will be responsible for Planning, Implementing, Creating sources for manpower mobilization.

- Plan and Execute models of hiring for 5K/BB Now/DC/T2 business line.

- Well-versed with market research and analytics - primary and secondary research, competitor study and analysis on recruitment and engagement(vendors).

- Design and maintain dashboards to assess the effectiveness of recruitment and engagement initiatives.

- Led employer branding initiatives through a well-rounded 360-degree approach- capitalizing on both on-ground and off-ground initiatives including content ideation for social media channels.

- Extensive experience in project management including staffing, work planning, coordinating, and managing team towards the successful completion of work and projects.

- Proficient in working in fast-paced environments, requiring skills in understanding needs of business and alignment of talent strategy.

- Will be responsible to meet the targeted number via various sources.
