Sourcing Head - Auto/Mechanical Parts (12-16 yrs)
Position : Head - Sourcing
Experience:12-16 Yrs
CTC : 23-25 LPA
Location : Bangalore
Industry : Automobile Parts Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Sourcing & SLA finalization.
- Develop & implement key Sourcing systems strategies
- To participate in price negotiations
- Lead, Support and Coordinate the cross functional SCM team.
- Understand the potential supply base and track the market and price trends.
- Vendor Analysis and Risk Management.
- Monitor supplier performance with adequate metrics and drive continuous improvement process with suppliers.
- Evaluates current and potential suppliers in coordination with Supplier Quality Teams.
- Negotiates with suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Engineering Graduate in Mechanical /Automobile with 12-16 years exp from Auto /Mechanical parts Manufacturing Industry. Hands on experience in supplier development & negotiation.Candidate from Karnataka (Kannadiga) will be preferable.
