- Work with Founders, in ideating New Strategies and Business Plans for the Region

- Build upon the 3 Layers of Business: Commerce, Logistics & Tech

- Enhance Liquidity wrt to Demand & Supply for the Region

- Own, Control & Enhance Profitability for the entre Belt, consisting of 10 states

- Work with Ops, Tech & other Centralised Teams, to Brainstorm on Process Automation

- Contribute to improvising SOPs, in driving the Business

- Deep Knack of Solving Business Problems through Intelligent use of Technology

- Experience in 0 to1 Business Development

- Minimum 2 (and Maximum 8) years of Sales Experience
