Primary Roles & Responsibilities :
- Analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.
- Conceptualize innovations & product development.
- Understanding and developing solutions for client's requirements. This involves responding to clients Request for Proposals and Information - RFP/RFI with pricing.
- Provide quality proposals which articulate the customer's needs and fulfills the customer's requirements.
- Development of new service offerings by monitoring the industry trend and sales interactions.
- Involved in preparing presentations for prospective clients for positioning the company's services & offerings.
- MSA/SOW Contract creation, reviews & negotiation.
- Continues to evolve job knowledge, maintaining current understanding of services offered, industry demands, and customer expectations.
- Ability to multi-task and achieve fulfilling demanding timelines and customer commitments through individual and facilitated work efforts.
Requirements :
Core Skills & Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Analyst or Pre-Sales role.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both non-technical business users as well as client technical stakeholders.
- Excellent in Excel Spreadsheets (Modeling & analysis), PowerPoint Presentation and Word.
- Ability to develop and support strategic alliances with various internal business partners.
- BA/BS/MBA degree or equivalent business experience
