- You will be leading the Brand activation's for Soulfull. As we propel to the next level of growth, there is a need to propagate the brand story to the consumers in an accelerated & strategic manner. You would be working with the CMO to deliver these Brands Tasks.

The role expects you to:

- Putting down an activation strategy for all the brands

- Allocating budgets region wise

- Identifying ACTIVATION'S, Tie up and driven ROI

- Liasoning and managing the reactivation executive and driving their KRA

- Implementing systems to track promoter performance for different regions

- Planning and implementing an activation IP for SOULFULL

- Identifying agencies for promoter recruitment for all regions and closing a cost effective deal

- Keep track of projects including execution, budgeting and reporting

- Build and Monitor the Activation Team

- Track competition and their activities

- Coordination of Creative development and execution of POS Material, Event Stalls, In store Branding, Brand Merchandise and other promotional material

- Identify vendor and close on costs for Procurement of POS material

- Cost Negotiations with vendors

- Develop & manage vendors for smooth project executions

- Travel to various cities

- Visit retail outlets to study brand presence and identifying opportunities to increase sales and awareness of the brand

- Reconciliation and tallying of sales stock used in activation


- 6+ years- experience in Activation's ( Combination of Agency & FMCG Food Brand)

- Communication Skills in various languages

- Ability to manage a team remotely

- Being extremely hands on

- Knowledge and data base of vendors and agencies

- Ability to lay down strategy

- Knowledge of geography of various cities

- Understanding of consumer behavior and activation strategy for FMCG category

P.S Please note working on sat and Sundays when activation is happening is non-negotiable. Also it's a 6 working day week
