Smoothix is a first of its kind beverage that brings Millets, Cereals &amp; Pulses together in a ready to mix and drink form. It aims at providing a yummy solution to kill those hunger pangs that hit us at different times of the day. You will be leading the marketing initiatives for Soulfull. As we propel to the next level of growth, there is a need to propagate the brand story to the consumers in an accelerated &amp; strategic manner. You would be working with the CMO to deliver these Brands Tasks.- The role expects you to : - Lead the execution of the Brand Tasks across PR, Digital, Activation &amp; ATL - Be persistent about building the Smoothix Franchise and look at various ways to build the franchise from scratch - Be obsessed about how the consumer thinks and feels about us and build programs to improve consumer life-time value - Lead the ideation of Activation's that will bring the brand alive in the life of the consumer and identify the high ROI activities. - Help identify new avenues to activate consumers while working along with the local activations team. - Competition watches us, so you should like to stare back and understand what they are doing as well - Digital is here to stay and this is where our consumers are, ability to understand and execute our role in digital is key. - Numbers won't come from God, Roll your sleeves up and work with our Sales Team and Retail Partners, both online and offline. - Nothing can happen alone, how do you visualize the benefits of strategic partnerships and ensure closure and performance of these alliances - Have the ability to think deep and build the innovation pipeline and road map for Smoothix - If you get to do all the above with freedom, then responsibility of the Smoothix business is something you cannot shun away from.
