The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand started in 2013. It is also India's largest online merchandising platform with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of latest youth style and fashion trends. Although primarily an online brand, The Souled Store currently has four offline stores in Mumbai and one in Pune with plans for expansion pan India.

The Souled Store was born out of the idea of loving what you do. Our philosophy is that life is short- don't spend it doing something you don't like. Team & Position Summary

We are looking for an astute professional to join our Licenses & Partnerships team.

The incumbent needs to be adept with the concept of brand licensing & partnerships/alliances. Someone who demonstrates great interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across teams, while operating successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, by acquiring and servicing new licenses and collaborations.

Responsibilities

- As a Manager- Licenses & Partnerships, you would be responsible for acquiring and servicing new licenses under verticals like pop culture, entertainment, movies, sports, and gaming.

- Creating new merchandise collaborations with brands, artists, and celebrities.

- Negotiating deal terms including royalty rates, media assets, marketing deliverables, product categories, guidelines, and estimated sales.

- Planning, overseeing, executing, and working with cross functional teams during the entire process from designing, approvals, sampling, production, launch, and marketing.

- Maintaining good relationships with existing clients and ensuring customer delight by executing the shared vision of the client and the company.

- Having the knowledge of all products and services of the website, recommend new products and enhancements by coordinating with various cross functional teams to analyze product requirements.

- Increasing the brand equity through strategic licenses and media worthy collaborations.

Requirements

- 3+ years of overall experience in a licensing/partnerships/alliances/BD role & good with managing stakeholders, preferably for an Apparel/Fashion brand in the E-commerce space.

- Adept at creating pitch decks, presentations, negotiation & closing deals, with excellent written & verbal communication.

- Understands and thrives on a start-up and high growth culture and takes initiatives to achieve targets.

- Basic to moderate command over MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
