Responsibilities :
- As a General Manager BD, you would lead a team of Business Development Associates to identify customers' growth opportunities and challenges, and turn that into the pipeline for sales
- The incumbent will be responsible for forecasting and product placement planning & strategizing to come up with new offerings to increase revenue
- He/she needs to be more driven to secure new top line sales and build strategies to support a profitable business plan for the brand.
- Responsible for sourcing and liaisoning for new licensees and alliances.
- Maintaining good relationship with clients, be actively involved in Network Expansion, Mapping Competition & providing management with client/market feedback
- Be the custodian of managing promotional activities through social media and collaborating with brands and bloggers, while monitoring the results of the ongoing marketing campaigns by collaborating with the marketing team.
- Maintain knowledge on all products and services of website and recommend new products to website and recommend enhancements if required and coordinate with various cross functional team to analyse product requirement.
- Actively involved in learning about the brand history/understanding the brand ethics and know-how of the products
