About Us :

- Sorted is a well funded IIT,IIIT and Wharton graduate stealth mode startup into B2C business with Founders subsequently worked in high scaled operations companies like P&G, Housing, OYO, OLA, Foodpanda and Milkbasket. With deep understanding of Indian household buying behaviour and solved for e-grocery, at scale, across the country previously, we are entering into Fruits and Vegetables and wish to solve it not just for Indian market but go global as well.

- Our last 2-3 months POC have shown tremendous results and already triggered a lot of "word of mouth". Aiming to become one of the largest in Gurgaon by the time we come out of stealth (in next 45-60 days). We wish to achieve a market leadership position in 3-6 months for which others have taken 2-3 years.

Team: We are a young & dynamic team with Core Team members coming from Leadership positions from high scale organisations like OYO, SuprDaily, Pristyn Care, OLA and UrbanClap.

Key skills -

- Procurement Management of reliable supply of fruits and vegetables.

- Vender, Buyer, Stakeholder and Merchandiser management.

- Backward integration/Sourcing at farm level.

- Perishable category/ fruit and vegetables Quality assurance and management.

- Supply chain, Distribution and logistics planning.

- New Market explores, Business Strategy and development planning.

- Team handling and performance management

- Experience in F&V industry will be highly preferable.
