KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES : - Within the demand forecast, have the understanding of statistical / base forecast ; challenge inputs provided by Marketing and Sales Teams using analyses and evaluation for the 3M / 12M horizon - Monitor closely Forecast and related production plans with the Supply Planner to carry the optimal stock levels - Pro active and pragmatic attitude in relation to problem solving concerning NPI Discussions with departments and stakeholders - Leads Supply chain in multi discipline product introduction/ discontinuation teams. stock levels, inventory ageing, forecast accuracy and the optimization of processes - Develop/maintain trackers/dashboards for capturing and sharing key KPIs - Plan adherence, aligned availability, forecast accuracy and expiries at all locations. - Review daily and weekly deployment suggestions (STOs) to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Collaborates with relevant business units and functional teams for the greatest level of synergy Managing the ERP : - Manages the Planning Process - Responsibility of a Custodian / Process owner, - Maintaining and administering Item Master etc EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND REQUIREMENTS : Education/Experience : - Post Graduate/MBA with specialization in Operations/Supply Chain with 4-6 years similar relevant experience especially in Planning Processes Experience Needed (Professional) : - Affinity with FMCG / Food &amp; Beverage / Pharma / B2B Industry - Exposure across the spectrum of supply chain management including demand, supply &amp; distribution Planning - Expert in MS Excel &amp; Powerpoint with working knowledge in SAP/ERP
