Soothe Healthcare - Manager - Finance (6-8 yrs)

We are looking for Finance Manager with 6-8 years of experience.


- Specifically from FMCG or Sanitary background


 Educational qualification - MBA/CA.


Job Responsibilities :

- Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecasted financial health of the company.

- Use financial modeling to simulate financial scenarios.

- Present potential scenarios and outcomes to management team.

- Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents.

- Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies.

- Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles.

- Develop or recommend solutions for problems or situations.

- Preparation of Compliance report, statutory movements, Cash Flows and Financials with comments.

- Checking the Service Tax/ GST and TDS Liability, making payments.

- Liaising with auditors and completion of Quarterly Review and Statutory Audit in time.

- Ensuring timely preparation of financial statements and annual reports.

- Liaising with auditors and completion of Quarterly Review and Statutory Audit in time.

- Monthly MIS Preparation and various presentations to top Management.

- Proper Accounting as per Indian GAAP.

- Product wise cost and variance analysis with Standard Cost.

- Preparation of Annual Operating Plan/Budget, forecasting and periodically monitoring the actuals Vs Budget. Providing the management details regarding deviations with respect to Budget/forecast if any with variance analysis.

- Ensuring legal compliance such as GST/Service Tax, Income Tax.

- Installing/maintaining reliable and efficient internal control and influences business ethics

- Maintaining a high degree of innovation and creativity within the controlling organization in terms of process & reporting improvements.

Skills :

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required (MBA preferred).

- 6+ years experience in a financial management position.

- Proven strategic planning experience at the management level.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

- Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills.

- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
