- Enhance/ automate cost tracking & fine tuning the existing reports
- Measuring and monitoring of metrics for new business initiatives
- Provide inputs for monthly and quarterly business reviews in defined timeline
- Strong analytical focus with Financial modeling and forecasting experience
- Facilitate financial review meetings with functional heads and work with business managers to ensure effective finance and cost management.
- Perform in-depth financial & operational analysis and quarterly/annual forecast modeling, including operating expenses, headcount and capital, to accelerate future business planning decisions.
- Actively participate in strategic initiatives and special projects when assigned or required
What we are looking for :
- MBA in Finance, BS/BA in accounting, finance or economics
- MBA/CPA candidates would be given preference
- 3 years experience in financial analysis and financial modelling
- Proficient in building financial models & pitch books
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of working on excel and different reporting tools / applications
