Role - Marcom & PR Manager
Job Location - New Delhi
Reporting - GM Marketing
In this individual contributor role, the incumbent will be responsible for building and enhancing corporate reputation internally via internal communications and externally by developing content. You should have 5-7 years of experience in Communications & PR.
Role Requirement :
- Create a blog calendar for the business in consultation with the CEO and then execute to that list
- Lead, develop & execute the Marketing, PR and Communications strategy
- Coordinate and manage major internal communication events for employees to efficiently relay key messages and values of the company
- Coordinate with and manage creative/digital/PR agencies and teams to ensure consistency of communication and timely execution of plans
- Write, edit and proof communications materials and resources including website, media rooms, and other internal and external facing collateral's
- Publish content such as articles, interviews, short updates on the Blogsite, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and other social media properties of the Company.
- Work closely with teams across the company to showcase their successes
- Building Awards and recognition for corporate brand Soothe
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications or related disciplines with at least 5-7 years of experience in marketing communications, PR at a managerial level
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with media houses
- Excellent English communication : written and spoken
- Should have experience of working on consumer brands
- Experience of undertaking PR campaigns in non-metros geographies in India as well as strong social media experience would be preferred.
- Handled agencies and managed teams
