Manager - Digital Ad Sales (Large Clients), SonyLIV


Role Overview :

The primary role of the incumbent would be partial top-line and bottom-line responsibility of Digital Business for the North/ South/ West India region.

The incumbent should have a sharp understanding of market dynamics, digital ad inventories, ability to forge strong partnerships with clients to create value for them. In this role, one needs to go out and beyond to accomplish revenue targets and make a solid impact in digital advertising sales.

POSITION SPECIFICATION

Education MBA (Preferred)

Overall Experience- 6+ years

Essential expertise- Digital advertising sales background will be preferred.TV Sales experience can be considered.

Desirable experience - 6+ years

Other job requirements - Must be well versed with client strategies and advertising agencies from respective zone & have strong agency & clients contacts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Maximizing monetization opportunities by creating and building the client base and constantly creating a digital brand need.

- Person will be SonyLIV's ambassador in the market for the agency relationship that you own and will be responsible for shaping up a long-term business plan for the client/agency for make SonyLIV as the preferred destination.

- Strategize towards securing a steady base by means of acquiring long-term commitments

- Peron will be expected to manage all stakeholder relationships end to end with minimum supervision.

- Developing preferred partnership with top digital advertisers through fact finding on brands, marketing plans with accurate information and feedback for past campaigns and ensuring smooth execution of deals

- In depth account management by means of client servicing through customized properties/deals, and other digital brand solutions for critical launches

- Build, manage and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, agencies and maintain a threshold of Ad Sales revenue on a monthly basis.

- In this role candidate will own the revenue targets for Entertainment and Sports business of SonyLIV.

- Effective sales planning based on the time of the year to make sure that the inventory is fully utilized thus maximizing the ROI.

- The role includes account development to have a long-term business association with clients.

- Formulate and implement innovative Advertising packages that maximize the revenue opportunities with brands and agencies to rapidly expand the business.

- Drive results in a fast paced, resource-conscious environment with a creative style and a

- Maintaining a good sales pipeline for the quarter, highlighting roadblocks early on, so that alternates can be reviewed, will be a critical part of the role.
