Role Overview

The role of the Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the growth of the business through sharp data insights and analysis.

Position Details:

POSITION SPECIFICATION :

- Education Masters or equivalent degree

- Overall Experience 4-8 years of relevant experience

- Essential expertise Experience data analytics 

- Knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel, Python or R

- Desirable experience 4+

Other job requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

- Use data analytics to understand reasons for Subscriptions

- Enable business to increase subscriptions

- Find traits in customer base to determine subscriptions propensity

- Analyse payment funnel and reasons for dropouts

- Analyse churn on the platform and propose ways to reduce it
