Position: Territory Sales Manager

We are looking for a great salesperson who will grow this territory! You have construction industry experience - preferably in the concrete business, or you have worked with contractors / consultants. You must have prior success selling construction equipment, have worked in the cement industry or related products dealing with construction contractors.

You are a hunter and you network actively. You win new customers because you prospect consistently and you sell consultatively. Because your customers and prospects trust you, they tell you what is really going on in their business. You help them see that they can save labor and increase floor quality with our equipment. They look at you as a business advisor, a product expert, and a coach who helps them buy the right equipment for their situation. You work well with business owners and jobsite supervisors. You are credible with contractors, building owners, and architects.

You have an exceptional work ethic, strong time management skills and are an excellent consultative problem solver. You communicate well with all those around you. You believe that teamwork is a key to success.

You are not complacent about your selling skills. You want to get better as a consultative salesperson, as a product expert, and as an advisor. Basic Qualifications :

- Engineering Degree preferred

- 5-10 years direct sales experience (Construction Industry experience preferred including concrete, construction chemicals or pre-engineered buildings)
