Job Description: - Solytics is seeking a strong MRM professional with 3+ years of experience in managing model risk governance processes including establishing, maintaining and enforcing the MRM framework and governance structure across the model life cycle. - Identifying, inventorying, and risk rating models and support quarterly/yearly attestations etc. Managing Archer MRM tool and developing new reports in - Archer- system as per requirement Responsibilities: - Establish, maintain and enforce the MRM framework and governance structure. - Automate and manage processes related to firmwide requirements supporting the MRM framework and reporting in the Archer system.&nbsp; - Manage Archer MRM tool and develop new reports in - RSA Archer- system as required from time-to-time&nbsp; - Identifying, inventorying, and risk rating models and support quarterly/yearly attestations&nbsp; - Collaborating with business lines, model owners, and model validation to ensure Model Risk Management program requirements are communicated and understood. - Assessing model documentation, including development, monitoring, and implementation documentation, for completeness against program standards and templates. - Oversee ongoing Model performance monitoring jointly with Model Validation and enforce change control procedures&nbsp; - Manage Model validation findings, including tracking and escalation of findings.&nbsp; - Maintain model inventory data integrity by resolving exceptions from automated checks on inventory changes - Help process new model classifications, changes, deactivations.&nbsp; - Provide ad-hoc analysis on model inventory and processes. - Resolve inquiries from model stakeholders and owners on models inventory. - Provide support to regulatory processes including SR 15-18, SR 15-19, IMA/IMM applications, CCAR/DFAST, etc - Identify and manage model risk across the model lifecycle including model development, implementation, and utilization. Key skills: - 3+ years- experience as model risk governance analyst with financial institutions - Prior experience in performing model risk governance processes and reporting in Archer MRM tool&nbsp; - Strong understating of model risk management life cycle and regulatory requirement such as CCAR/DFAST. OCC SR 15-18, SR 15-19, SR 11-7&nbsp; - Rich experience in various model risk governance processes, inventor management and Reporting Salary offered: 6-25LPA
