Designation: Content Analyst

Job location: Pune

Qualification: Post Graduate degree preferably in Law or Management

Years of Experience: 3-6 Years

- Solid experience working on projects at different stages of project lifecycle.

- Strong research skills with hands-on experience in using the web to solve complex problems

- Content Analyst would be a key resource in Content Research, building models, taxonomies, content structures, tagging algorithms and taking projects from pre-release to delivery stage.

- The candidate should have ability to act as an SME and apply AI techniques for better machine translation. They also need to have a good communication skill to talk to business owners and customers. 

- The candidate should be able to independently work on projects that involve complex content structures, loopback content models, and content definitions especially around governance, risk and compliance domain.\

- Preference would be given to candidates who have hands on experience in content modelling, content tagging, building taxonomies and deep-dive research on companies and their operating models. Ideal candidate should have an experience in building and automating content models through ML and AI based techniques

Responsibility:

- Build taxonomies, content models, tagging algorithms and loopback models on complex customer requirements.

- Ability to assess and apply metadata and taxonomy of regulatory content that is accurate and adheres to SOPs.

- Expert knowledge of working within content management systems and adept at managing workflows and content metrics.

- Develop models to cover information of high business relevance to customers and work to complete industry structures.

- Ability to work as an SME on the solution and apply ML and AI techniques to solve complex content structures.

- Work / Manage cross-functional teams to build value-orientated solutions.

- Excellent ability to review, analyze and evaluate requirements and exercise discretion and sound judgment when making decisions.

- Extremely detailed and thorough, ensuring that all content produced is timely and meets our clients- SLAs on accuracy.

- Solid understanding of global regulatory environment including regulators, administrative procedure, and content acquisition acumen.

Key skills:

- Advanced Excel Skills

- Proficiency in MS-SQL

- Knowledge of content management systems

- Good project management skills
